NikeSB and FuelTV's "Rip City" will be premiering at The Doug Fir Lounge (830 East Burnside PDX,OR) on Tuesday March 24 at 9pm. Bands featured in the film will perform (TBA) as well as LEGITIMATT slaying the tables with music featured from the film as well.. Should be packed because it's a free show, so get there early, have a drink with us and say hi.

Rip City is a documentary about 7 skateboarders who live in Portland, Oregon. Made in association with FuelTV and NikeSB. Rip City will be premiering on FuelTV March 27th 2009. Nominated for Best Director, Best Cinematography, Best Editing and Best Original Soundtrack at the 2009 X-Dance Film Festival.

We would like to congratulate Peter Bowhan and Ryan Bukstein on their nomination for best original soundtrack at the X-dance film festival.

Vista/Contacts score Nike/FuelTVs skateboarding documentary "RIP CITY". Rip City is an indy doc that focuses on Portland, Oregon skateboarders. The featured cast includes local skateboarders Q Man. Sage Bolyard, Mark "Red" Scott, Chet Childress, Mick Loew, Donovan Rice, Ben Krahn, Dave Tobin, Mike Swim and Chris Nukala. The film depicts a fly on the wall, matter of fact approach to how these individuals live and pursue a life of skateboarding. The documentary features entirely local Portland music and original tracks composed by Contacts and Colt Vista available on itunes and rhapsody early feb 2009.
